Terms : Exclusive for Monthly Payment System:-

01. Monthly Hours differ from course to course like: Guitar, Tabla, Keyboard - 12 hrs in a month or Dholak, Congo, Drums Set, Singing - 8 hrs in a month or Crash Courses: 24 / 36 / 48 / 60 hrs

Please confirm your hours before enrolment.

02. Minimum One Hour Class ( Counting) Even if you come for half hour or 45 minute - One class would be counted as One Hour (minimum)

03. In case of Unutilized hours - the balance can be forwarded to next month only subject to renewal of Monthly Fees on or before Due date. Renewals after Due date will not get the benefits of Balance Hours / Time forwarding. Thus Do not forget your renewal date and to renew your Monthly Fees on time.

04. The Monthly admission is valid for 6 months or Max. 6 - monthly extensions in case of uncompleted Courses - on request.

05. There should not be renewal gap of more than 3 months. Your admission expires if not renewed in 90 days / 3 months time.( pl. also see clause 04)

06. NORMAL TERMS :

We reserve the Right to change the structure of Course Fees without any prior intimation.

We reserve the Right to change/ alter Batch Timings.

In case of Cancellation of a Class/ Lecture:
Our Liability would be limited to arranging another Class/ Lecture Anyhow the next schedule would be intimated to you by circular on Notice Board.

In case any Music Teacher leaves the job - the management would arrange the substitute teacher. (Students/ Parents/ Guardians cannot select the Teacher, unless options offered). All missed classes in such circumstances would be substituted. Also the lost time / validity would be extended by missed days

We hire the professional / Experienced Teacher / Good Musicians - Especially people who can understand the Students requirements and communicate with them provide proper training for making learning easy, friendly and result oriented.

but, The Results would be possible only, if our training is backed by Students discipline, Regular Attendance and Practice as recommended by the concerned teachers. In case of exceptional circumstances - some extra classes could be offered at Extra costs only. Thus Home Practice is the must for Learning Music.

Entry Not permitted without the Identity Card ( If Id issued)

Visitors Parents/ guardians of students are strictly not permitted in the class

Any type of misbehavior / misgivings / Bunks / Bad Language / Dis-respect
shown from students will not be tolerated and the management reserves the
Right to Cancel or suspend the admission.

Right to Entry reserved with the Management.

In case of change of location /premises ... The students would be intimated
7 days in advance.

All information and Intimations will be displayed on Notice Board.

Students may not be informed of intimations personally.
We have always have at least 200 active students... Making difficult to inform every individual- Though we inform the regular comers. But at times practically that may not be possible to guarantee the information to every individual.
